BCAA is a local trade association whose membership consists of apartment owners, rental housing management professionals, independent rental owners, and industry service providers. We provide members with legislative advocacy, education, and resources.

BCAA helps operators manage their businesses more efficiently and effectively, establish a unified network to serve members, create a viable industry marketplace, and raise influence with those who affect the rental housing industry.
